The marketing intern will be an important “generalist” person on our team. By generalist, we mean a swiss-army-knife capable of completing lots of tasks and jobs, but not expected to be the best at any one given task. Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Travel to and from events with the company
Interface with public
Explain the company
Document the event (audio, video, photo, written word)
Come up with new ideas
Create ad sets
Plan and design marketing campaigns
Communicate with influencers
Track and monitor influencer campaigns
Document and track everything
Create content (image, video, audio, etc.)
Coordinate with content creators
Work on web page stuff
An overview of the summer will be given to the intern(s) upon starting, detailing the
major events, festivals, and conferences so that schedules and travel expectations
can be aligned. Marketing teams will have a weekly all-hands standup. Work will
be delegated and planned in 1-2-week sprints.
All employees and contractors are expected to question management and one
another in the spirit of creating a long lasting, quality, socially and ethically
responsible brand. We take care of all reasonable expenses. Dress appropriately.
No assholes will be tolerated.
